The module PALSTAT Sampling - The process of the product approval is used for quality assurance before the mass production according to methods AIAG (QS 9000) PPAP/VDA 2 with the possibility of storing and archiving measured values and printing standard protocols. The process PPAP/VDA 2 defines the type requirements for the product approval including production and bulk materials.

- FMEA
FMEA is a method whose use can prevent or mitigate risks that arise in development - DFMEA product design, in the technology and by the production of PFMEA itself. The meaning lies in the specification of all possible defects due to the importance of their probability of detection to optimize structures and processes. The program is useful in design, technology, tools development, assessment of critical points in the EMS system - safety of work etc. The program fully complies with the standards ISO 9001:2000 Sec. 7.3 and the requirements of the automotive industry ISO/TS 16949, Chap. 4.2, 7.3, methodology AIAG (QS-9000) - FMEA, VDA 4.2. Basic functions of the module PALSTAT FMEA:
- Parts
The module for defining and assigning the basic specifications and quality attributes (material, control dimensions, dimensions) to the individual parts, production groups - identification using the unique part number and its change state. The possibility of an individual, custom connectivity to ERP information systems of the company management (Helios Orange/Green, Microsoft Dynamics, MFGPro, SAP MAX XPPS, K2 ...)
- Incoming inspection
The purpose of the module PALSTAT Incoming inspections is the monitoring, recording, management and release of incoming products, materials, evaluation of parameters and quality characteristics on the basis of the processed control plan by using the module PALSTAT Control plan. The module allows the use of transitional rules / dynamic inspection by the control of individual inspections. The part of the module is the evaluation of the product/material, suppliers on the basis of the evaluation of parameters and quality characteristics of individual inspections
- Outgoing inspection
Účelem programu je monitorování, evidence a hodnocení výstupních výrobků a hodnocení parametrů, znaků jakosti na základě zpracovaného kontrolního plánu pomocí modulu Kontrolní plán.
- Inprocess inspection
Účelem programu je zaznamenávat informace o kontrole prováděné po jednotlivých operacích.
- Evaluation of suppliers
Účelem programu je hodnocení dodavatelů dle definovaných kritérií s možností tvorby vlastního katalogu hodnotících kroků. Modul umožňuje tisk protokolu hodnocení dodavatele s možností zasílání tohoto protokolu elektronickou poštou dodavatelům.
- SPC
The software for statistical process control allows the revelation of causes of variability - process variability, or its spoilage on the basis of evaluation of collected information (selected samples from the process and their sizes). It helps to determine what corrective actions should be implemented in the process to achieve its stability, cost reductions associated with scrap and the resulting extra work. By the SPC method you can achieve minimum variability and keep the process on the required level. PALSTAT SPC is designed to regulate the variable (measurable) quality characteristics with the normal (Gauss) distribution and an extremely skew distribution (one-sided tolerance - circular run-out), and also the sliding expansion, as well as the attributive (comparative) quality attributes. It also includes a module for evaluation of the machines reliability. The software is applied to production and production control to regulate the manufacturing process and for evaluating the reliability of production equipment of machines and tools. PALSTAT 3G SPC methodology meets the requirements of the AIAG - SPC Second Edition, VDA 4 - Eligibility of Processes and the norm ISO DIN 21 747:2007-03.
