PALSTAT Maintainance

The PALSTAT Preventive maintainance module serves to identify device for key processes of maintainance, provides sources for both preventive maintainanace and maintainance performed after defects in machines/device and helps to create an effective systém of total productive maintainance -TPM. Basic functions of module: Servis, inspection, safety assessment, service revisals and ispections provided by law, production systems - machines, high-lift trucks, lifts, buildings a computer technology. Basic requirements of everyday life for maintainance of tools/devices. The module enables these activities to be ensured with costs minimization and no time loss.

The PALSTAT Tools module serves to identify tools and devices for key processes, provides resources for mainainance of tools/devices and helps to build an effective systém of planned preventive maintainance of tools. Basic functions of module: Servis, inspection, safety assessment, service revisals and ispections provided by law, both simple tools, forms, moulds and devices and intricate and expensive specialized tools.

The purpose of the PALSTAT Metrologie-Dat program is to secure metrological services according to Act No. 505/90 Coll., for registration, calibration of measuring devices with a possibility to ensure the ability of the measuring systems.

Module may be applied in measuring devices and maintainance of tools and machines with possibility of immediate administration of the measuring devices condition and to monitor the calibration deadlines.

The Partner registration module is part of mentioned modules and it is a fully integrated system which is inteded to be a basic information mudule for describtion and specification of partners.
