Statistical Process Regulation

Course of a regulated parameter

The course of the regulated indicator can be shown e.g. in a regulating diagram, which may of the X-R, X-S or Me-R type. The course of the regulated quantity such as Trend, Run and others may be analysed in the regulating diagram. Detailed information may be shown on each sample taken, individual samples may be marked for the pareto analysis. Additional Documents module may be attached for a detailed description of events related to the parameter, where references to electronic procedures of data collection or data analysis may be inserted.

SPC

Calculations and process analyses

The program automatically calculates the coefficients of fitness Cp, Cpk ,Pp, Ppk, Cm, Cmk, Cpmk according to methodologies AIAG SPC, VDA 4, ISO DIN 21 747:2007 from the selected data; it also calculates average, dispersion, range, regulation limits, PPM and others. Tests of hypotheses

  • Graphical test of hypotheses
  • Test of normal distribution
  • Test of log-normal distribution
  • Test of mixed distribution

The collected data are tested according to the selection against an ideal course of the given distribution and it is to be found out whether the maximum deviation exceeds the permitted limit on the level of importance of 95 %.

Box diagram

Deviated and very deviated values are tested Information on the position of median, average and other may be obtained from this diagram. The analysis of deviated values may be used to filter out the incorrect data.

SPC

Analysis of process variability according to individual indicators

The program enables an analysis of the process variability with respect to individual indicators, and it is also possible to select data according to various criteria such as the time of taking the sample, the machine, position in a regulating card, as well as according to other freely selectable parameters that may be set by the user.
