CONNECTING MEASURING DEVICE TO PALSTAT

YOU HAVE YOUR OWN GAUGE YOU WISH TO CONNECT TO PALSTAT AND NEED HELP.

Some basic steps has to be done to connect the gauge to the PC, which will help us to ensure required connection requests. Results please send us via email and we will contact you with the ability to connect the device.

• Find out the exact name and type of device.
• Ensure and plug cable recommended or supplied by the manufacturer.
• Take a picture of device, especially the labeled part and device connectors.
• Do you have the user manual describing data protocol? YES - scan the relevant pages or send us the entire manual. NO - Send us please supplier's contact and inform him that he can be contacted to provide this information.
• You do not have manual and it is not possible to contact the supplier or manufacturer? If the gauge has output COM-232, then you can use manual for obtaining data format (in Czech).
• Send us all obtained data via email and our programmers will evaluate connectivity options or will require further information if it will be needed.
