Code lists and auxiliary database in the System Administration module


System Management module

In the event of not being able to find the auxiliary database in a specific module, it will be newly available in the "System management" module in which all basic settings have been centralized since verision 2017.01.001 and higher. The module can be started in several ways, but it is always necessary to check that the required group of users has access to the module. It is recommended that this module be accessible only to users who manage the PALSTAT CAQ system.   

How to run the module:

  • in the administration directory APL/CaqAdmin.exe
  • from the Launcher  on the home page or in the modules section
  • from the Launcher by searching for "System Administration", anywhere in the Launcher module just start typing
  • from the Launcher in the drop-down menu next to your name under the option "Tools"->"System administration"

 

What can I set in the module:

  • License - Overview of modules used, users logged in or system activation.
  • Code lists - auxiliary databases used in more than one system module.
  • Print reports - overview of printouts for all system modules. Import and Export reports option.
  • Settings – Initialization data, default application language, application names (renaming) and more.
