Report: "No data to display"

managed documents in the web version only display documents in the Comments Pending status and the last valid change in the Released status. This is for the logged in user based on his rights. The rights are based on the settings of individual databases or the rights to individual documents. The rights for both the database and the document can also come from the rights for a group of users. The user is only shown documents from databases to which they have access.

Documents in the "Released" status

Documents in the released status are only displayed in the last valid change. If the user owns the database or one of the rights to view all documents (Full Access, View All, Edit All), they see all the last valid changes to the documents in this database. These rights take precedence over rights in the document, so the user with these rights will also see the last valid change for which the Show option is not checked in the distribution list. 

If the user does not have the right to see all documents in the database, the last valid change will be displayed for documents that have Show in the distribution list of the logged-in user or group of users to which the person belongs.

Documents in "Comments Pending" status

Documents in the Comments Pending status will only be displayed to a person with the Comment option on the document. If a person does not have the right to see all documents, they must also have the right to view the document.
