FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS

This export will most often be used when there is a need to send it to Palstat for further debugging or testing, or to back-up such an enquiry. The enquiry can also be moved to your own test database this way. The data is exported to an RPTX or RDEX file according to its type.

Via open module

The user who can perform the action below MUST have the ADMIN (Full Access to Module) right to appropriate module.
 

• Click on the Reporting icon in the function bar

• Open the window with the name „[Název modulu] – Reporting“ example. Claims – Reporting, Machines – Reporting,…
• Left-click on the so-called. „booklet“ (1/) and select „Export data…“ (2/)

• In the newly opened „Export data“ window select the report(s), that you want to export to the RPTX or RDEX format and press OK.
• Save to a defined location. It can be transferred between databases.

 

Via the Reporting Viewer module (Standard)

The user performing this action MUST have the ADMIN (Full Access to Module) right to the Reporting Viewer (Standard) module.

 

• In the Launcher, click on the module tile

• Click with the left mouse button on the so-called. „booklet“ (1/) and select booklet „Export data…“ (2/)

• In the newly opened „Export data“ window, select the report (s) that you want to export to the RPTX and RDEX format and press OK.
• Save to a defined location. It can be transferred between databases.
