Export to Excel using a button in the program is a user export, the content of which depends on the current list settings. In the individual versions of Palstat CAQ, the form of the export may change to some extent (cell formats, appearance, etc.) as the system develops. User export is intended for individual cases where the need to  export data cannot be managed in a systematic way. 

For regular, systematically managed exports, the Reporting module can be used, in which it is possible to prepare a fixed form of export for a specific purpose, includng any further data processing (calculations, summaries, contingency tables, etc. ) and possible access to this data directly in Palstat CAQ or online intranet.

for the purpose of data transfer to other information systems, it is advisable to use the interface or API directly, which the Palstat CAQ system offers for these cases.
