Different time stamp

The application checks the number of used LICenses on the MSSQL server in the license table at regular intervals during the runtime. The license status is compared against several parameters and one of them is the time stamp.

If a client station that has the Palstat application enabled and at the same time the station is significantly time shifted relative to the MSSQL server this message will occur. It can happen on clients randomly (probably a time problem on the client station) or on multiple stations simultaneously (probably incorrect time on MSSQL)

The administrator has temporarily terminated the licence

The same message can be triggered if the Palstat system administrator uses the option to terminate the selected license. This option is used by the system administrator when he needs to release a license due to insufficient number of licenses to allow access to other users.

The release can be done in the "System Administration" program APLCAQadmin.exe
License tab, where you select the desired user and module and terminate the license.
Within approximately 5 min the user will see the message shown above.

The message will be displayed for approximately 60 seconds during which the user has the option to continue working with the application and exit. If the work in progress and unsaved work is not saved by the appropriate function, this data will not be saved in the system and the application will be terminated after the time expires.
