FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS

Via open module

The user performing the action below MUST have the ADMIN (Full Access to Module) right to the appropriate module.

 

• Click on the Reporting icon in the function bar

• A window with the name „[Module name] – Reporting“ will open for eg Complaints – Reporting, Machines – Reporting,…
• Click the left mouse button on the so-called  „booklet“ (1/) and select „Import data…“ (2/)

• Now select the file with the extension RPTX or RDEX with the left button click of the Open button 
• The Data Import window displays the contents of the file = reporting query, which must be checked (1/) and click on the OK button (2/)

• Now in the window "[Module name] - Reporting" a line with the name of the imported query is displayed on the left side, eg "Correction overview"

Via the Reporting Viewer module (Standard)

The user performing this action MUST have the ADMIN (FUll Access to Module) right to the Reporting Viewer (Standard) module.

• Click on the module tile in the Launcher

• Click with the left mouse button on the so-called „booklet“ (1/) and select „Import data…“ (2/)

• Now select the file with the extension RPTX or RDEX with the left button click of the Open button 
• The Data Import window displays the contents of the file = reporting query, which must be checked (1/) and click on the OK button (2/)

• Now the reporting query should be imported in the "Reporting Viewer Standard" window. On the View tab it is possible to display Tile or List.

Tiles

1/ search is possible on the Home tab

2/ the possibility of displaying reporting quesries for the section (module) is possible by clickng on a specific icon. Icons with names can be displayed by clicking on the down arrow

                All reporting queries can be displayed via the "Home" icon

3/ in the field "Search term" you can filter the searched reporting query(s). Other options for selecting the types of reporting queries

4/ displayed(filtered) reporting query tiles

List

Filtering can be used the same as for the Tile mode or standard search via the Column filter under the column name (if the filter field is inactive, it is possible to activate it via the right mouse button in the column name and activate the "Show column filter" option)
