The Palstat CAQ system delays some settings such as window layout, column order, and others for each module to the Windows user locale. There may be situations when the Palstat system crashes when a module is started, but on other PCs the run is without problems. In this case, the behavior points to unexpected or inconsistent data in the locale.


The only solution is to delete the local settings of the user.

- Open the Launcher module and select "Tools" and then "Local settings management".
- further select the faulty module and click "Delete selected records"

If it is not possible to launch the Launcher module, it is necessary to delete the settings for this module. The locale can be deleted directly from the Windows directory structure and under "LNC" is the Launcher module.
