When using Active Directory authentication
Use the password you have set up to log in to your computer it is the same as the one for your Active Directory account. For more information on how to connect using Active Directory, click this link.
When using the PALSTAT authentication method
The system uses the configuration set up within PalstatCAQ itself and is not tied to the company's infrastructure in any way.
If the system is a new installation, the default password for the ADMIN user is blank. We recommend changing the default password immediately after installation.
I can't log in
There is no such thing as "password recovery." It is possible that the user account you are using to log in to the desired module does not have access to that module, in which case the system administrator will need to grant access. Try running the "Launcher" program; by default, it is accessible to all authorized users.
We use Active Directory, and I can't log in
It is likely that your user in the Palstat system is not "linked" to an Active Directory user, or you do not have the necessary permissions.
I am an administrator and I don't know the password for the ADMIN user
You need to contact Palstat's technical support.
