What is the QualityPortal?

QualityPortal is a cloud service that enables secure online communication between Palstat CAQ and the quality management system used by the users and their suppliers. It currently includes possibility of online submission of electronic calibration protocols from calibration laboratories. Further options are being prepared for both calibration laboratories and suppliers.

The main advantages of QualityPortal include

•     immediate transfer of selected information between the supplier and the customer
•     secure transfer of data
•     ensures the integrity of documents by electronic signature

 

Entering information into PALSTAT CAQ modules via a web browser

Document notes
This document uses standard names to indicate the fields in Palstat CAQ modules. If the field names are changed  by the system user, the standard field name can be displayed by left-clicking on the field name in the system while holding down the Ctrl key/

Activating an account

Click on the link in the recieved mail

Setting a password

Enter your e-mail and 2 new passwords and click on the "Password recovery" button, password strength (Minimum number of characters 8)

Login

Please save the link https://qp.palstat.net/Account/Login to your browser Favorites.
After the first login, please read the terms of use properly. To work further it is necessary to click on the Agree button.

The available modules (sections) for displaying information or recording data via the web portal are displayed.

Company

Display company information with the possibility of editing for Users with the right  "Gestor" specified by the Company administrator. For users with different rights, this section is preview only.

Important:

 ID and Customer Key fields cannot be edited.
ID – information that is generated automatically by the system, where the supplier is obliged to communicate this ID their customer. Customer key- identification assigned by the website operator ( PALSTAT s.r.o.)

Return to another section is possible via the drop-down menu or by  clincking on the PALSTAT logo.

User

Possibility to display and register new users. Only a user with the "Gestor " level has the right to register new users via the New User registration button.
The  icon allows the editing of existing data.

Level:

1.    Gestor of Supplier  – User administrator for a given Company.
2.    Portal user – to register this user, an e-mail will be sent to the defined address.
3.    User – will be registered, but no mail will be sent to the specified address (user will not be able to log in)

Important:

Necessity of depreciation eg. calibration, it is necessary to contact the customer to register in their database in accordance with the manual Document number: IMS-WEB-02 Title: Gauges - Portal use (database settings User Database) -> original name: Access for external calibration laboratories.
If access is not defined, the supplier will not see any meters as shown in the picture below .

Gauges

In the guages section, the environment can be divided into the following areas:

1.    Return to the home screen or switch to another section
2.    Quick filtering of the gauges displayed
3.    List of gauges with the possibility of filtering according to other basic information on the gauge

Entering calibrations

Activity column:

- poption to enter new calibrations to the respective gauge via the   icon.

- option to edit the entered calibration 

- option to display the calibration

New calibration

The gauge number, data, name and customer are transfered from the gauge data and cannot be edited.

Calibration companies

must fill out:

• Calibration protocol number
• Calibration date
• Calibration sheet (must be in PDF format with a digital signature -> in case of inserting any other type of file or unsigned PDF file the calibration will not be saved)

can fill out:

• Calibration price
• Attachments (insert any file for calibration)

It is possible that the Calibration will contain so-called Calibration steps, where if the column "Satisfies" it is not checked. The calibration will not be Approved as "Satisfactory" and the customer will see  the calibration in the "Unsatisfactory" status.

Working with the gauge list environment

Under the column name it is possible to filter according to the condition by entering it in the appropriate column. The filter is cancelled by clicking on "Reset filter".

The order of the columns can be changed by clicking the left mouse button after the column name and transferring according to the desired order according to importance.
