FREQUENTLY ASK QUESTIONS

Symptoms:

• The application crashes completely during startup and shuts down without any message and I can not see an error message.
• Only occurs on one computer.
• I lost a program window where I usually input values and I can not find it.
• In the program, a certain area has collided so much that I can not grab it with the mouse and drag it back.

Reason:

The application continuusly saves some settingson the local PC during operation. This setting includes, for example, the layout of program windows or other settings that are adjusted by the user on their PC. Window size, column size, element layout andmore. The setting may be corrupted and causing this error.

Fix:

The only option is to delete the local settings directly in the user profile. The data will be found by following the path below, where the program short-cut is shown. This only allows the deletion of either the problematic module data or all the data. There is no data loss in Palstat, only the local settings of the data are reset.
