We develop our own system for modern management of maintenance machines, tools and other production equipment. The system is based on PALSTAT CAQ maintenance modules, to which are connected both mobile terminals to record operational data directly and e-ink displays informing of the device status, planned maintenance and validity of revisions.

The main benefit of the system is the simplification of activities related to the planning and checking off of maintenance, work with current data of all levels and clear reporting.

We offer the possibility of deploying information displays into operation. Each machine can be equipped with a very long life, battery operated wireless E-ink display. The normal lifespan is approximately one to two years, depending on the set frequency of display updates. Data is recieved at a database level and online changes are performed on th E-ink display according to the set interval. The operator is thus informed at any time with regard to the machine condition and the next revisions and repairs.

The Palstat system now offers the possibility to comunicate with the database via API directly on the mobile device, enabling use of the camera to scan the QR code and accurately monitor the status of the loaded machine. Search the database and display all tasks and perform their check-off directly at the workplace. Support for Android and iOS.

Like a mobile phone, you can also use mobile terminals that communicate online with the database to view depreciation, again with accurate reading of QR/Datamatrix codes. The main advantage of the terminals is the high durability required in production and very accurate laser reading of QR codes even in poor lighting conditions.
