Palstat CAQ system is warranted for 12 months. Customer service is handled through service contracts.

Main advantages of service contracts include:


Additional licenses

 

  • Module Tasks Lite (10 licenses) for Task management, Action and Events which are created in other modules in PALSTAT CAQ system including their term monitoring, state compliance and notifications about new events for appropriate Users
  • Module Reporting Lite (10 license), which allows access to reports with data in PALSTAT CAQ system without starting module
  • Module CAQ Server, provided for an annual fee under service contract, allows for example access to reports on the website, email notification or the use of online calibration services
  • Free rental of additional licenses purchased Palstat CAQ modules for limited time if required.


Upgrade

  • Upgrade provision of new version purchased PALSTAT CAQ modules with current count of licenses. PALSTAT CAQ upgrade is released at least 1x per year.
    • Without Service contract price of upgrade is 60% of actual PALSTAT CAQ pricelist
  • Software repair provision (upgrade) of purchased PALSTAT CAQ modules
  • Update legislation – reflect changes of legislation in Palstat CAQ modules
  • Information about new version of Palstat CAQ released, including change descriptions are available on web sites in section for customers with service contract
     

Service

  • Information provision about legislation changes, norms, regulations and specification in quality area including comparing changes. For Palstat CAQ users in electronic form teaching documents are available.
  • Backup of Palstat CAQ databases on cloud store for convenient price. Suitable for small and medium sized companies without their own backup solution


Support

  • Hotline provision in range 2 hours per month (e.g. training for new users, questions and problems about SW use)
  • Hotline support is secured during working days from 7 am to 4pm by phone, email or via remote desktop by TeamViewer
  • Localization and correction of faults – all authorized service is done by contractors without charge within 48hours (Faults which substantially prevent use of Palstat CAQ)
     

Better prices

  • Possibility of extension for other Palstat CAQ modules with discount according to Service contract. By Service contract is guaranteed compatibility between current and newly used modules
  • Possibility of license extension to other users of Palstat CAQ licenses modules with discount according to Service contract
  • Discount for implementation service with 20% discount from pricelist (training, consultation, installation etc.)



Annual fee for post-warranty service supplied and installed Palstat CAQ modules for user is according to complexity of application 18-20% from total price of actual pricelist each module supplied SW.
