The Palstat CAQ system can be used in the process of marking gauges and their subsequent control in modules. In accordance with the requirements of ISO 90001 and UATF 16949, the process of marking gauges contributes to reliable resource management. Traceability, tracking and monitoring eliminate risks from movement within or outside the company.

Printouts with QR or DMC code on a compatible printer can be defined for marking gauges. We recommend marking with labels with high resistance to abrasion and UV radiation. Another option is to use so-called laser engraving on the gauges.

Marked gauges enable quick and easy identification using a reader or mobile device or finding basic information, including the validity of calibration. It accelerates work in the modules of the PALSTAT CAQ system in the dispensing room, internal calibration laboratories or measurement workplace.


Barcode printer

The printers have patented Thermal Smart Control electronic printhead temperature control technology. Thanks to this technology, the printer output is sharper, and, more importantly the service life of the print head is greatly extended.


 1D/2D code reader

For fast and accurate reading of the gauge number directly into the Meter Evidence module and further processing.


Industrial 2D code reader

The Zebra DS3608-DP is an ultra-durable sensor that excels at lightning fast capture of codes, whether damaged, dirty or poorly printed. The design is up to 23% more durable than other sensors in the class.
